Who are we?

Interstudio is an established Italian Macintosh and Windows developer focusing on architectural and engineering software. Our group of programs is designed to offer the most progressive software available for the topographical, engineering, and architectural fields and we are responsible for advanced and significant programs in this sector.

Continued success in the development of software technology and a healthy sales profit in Italy has led to international expansion. Five of our fifteen programs have been translated into english and are now shipping worldwide as complete english language packages. Others will be translated in the future according to request and international response. Therefore, if you see a program here that interests you that doesn't yet have an english language version, let us know!! It's important for us to know where are resourses should be spent when developing new products! We have distributors in several countries.

Our programs are adaptable to a vast market. Our customers range from inexperienced to advanced users. Our programs are powerful design tools because they can be used autonomously or integrated directly with each other, as well as with other applications. Our geotechnical programs have been particularly well received because they respond to a strong need for programs in that sector. A profile of our main market areas includes large companies, small businesses, architectural and engineering professionals, state organizations, schools, and universities.

We can ensure that our products have cross-border appeal and fit perfectly into the current software market's standards and requirements.

The Philosophy Behind Our Products

Traditionally, when a team of design professionals collaborated on a project, one of the recurring problems was that in order for one discipline to use another's information, it had to recreate the information in a form it could use. In today's highly competitive market, few design professionals can afford to squander their fees on redundant time-consuming tasks. Timely communication and coordination among team members is paramount.

Although computers have always helped improve communication between team members, the programs used are often geared only toward the individual disciplines and can, at best, usually only copy information in graphic form, leaving designers unable to directly utilize the work of the others and continue it or elaborate it using their own programs within their individual fields.

Interstudio has taken the next logical step in the team process and developed a unique family of integrated programs that allow collaborators to use their individual programs to directly read, analyze, and elaborate work done by others and communicate their own information back. In other words, direct communication and coordination.
